CERTIFICATES II & III IN RETAIL OPERATIONS (FOR BOOKSELLERS)
The ABA has partnered with the National Retail Association (NRA) to offer members Certificates II and III in Retail Operations (for Booksellers), an accredited course which is recognised nationally.
This training course has been in the pipeline for more than two years, and is the result of reviews and workshops by booksellers around the country, whose brief it was to make the course of greater relevance to booksellers.
As a competency based course, the focus is on upskilling staff in areas with a direct impact on the success of your business, such as customer service, maintaining stock and minimising theft.
