Membership Fee Structure

ABA has an equitable fee structure to
ensure that members receive real value for their investment in membership fees.
For a base fee all members receive these following benefits:

representation of booksellers' interests to the Government, the media and the public
|
a bi-monthly newsletter
|
reduced registration fees for the annual ABA Conference
|
the opportunity to sell Australian Book Vouchers
|
information and advice as required from the National Office
|
an increasing range of other benefits.

Members are able to access at an aditional nominal fee, a range of commercial benefits
that provide substantial savings:

reduced parcel postage rates under the ABA's Australia Post parcel post scheme
|
reduced freight rates under the ABA's Global Book Network international freight
consolidation scheme
|
insurance discounts under the ABA's insurance scheme
|
reduced credit card merchant rates
|
opportunity to participate in training programs either at no charge or at reduced
rates.
