A second-hand bookshop specialising in Romance and Mystery in Sydney has to move because the building it is currently operating out of is being demolished. All books are covered in bookguard and clean, there are over 10,000 books spread roughly 50:50 over both genres, many are difficult to find and have never been published in Australia. The bookshelves and all shop fittings are included as are two web site domain names, www.themysterywoman.com.au and www.theromancelady.com.au. The mystery website is half finished and you can see half of the mystery books in the inventory for a view of what is available.
As it will have to be moved I am only looking to recover the cost price of all books and shop fittings and there is no goodwill component in the sale price. It would be a good business for anywhere in Australia.
