| The Margaret River Bookshop, located on the main street of the famous wine region of Margaret River, Western Australia, is owned by the McLeods, a local family who settled in Margaret River in the early 1860s. The Margaret River BookShop opened in March 2008. Keith and Pauline McLeod and their sons, Jackson, Sullivan, Ash and Connor all play a part in running the shop. They are a family of book lovers. Both Keith and Sullivan are published authors. The Margaret River BookShop focuses on the promotion of local books and authors and offers a place for both locals and visitors to relax, unwind and be inspired. Throughout the year they stage a range of events; including children’s story readings, and short telling sessions.
