Theft and fraud are common in a retail environment, with some forms of theft continuing to cost you money over the long term. However, loss can be caused by a multitude of reasons, from human error to system breakdown and beyond. Whatever the reason, the impact to your bottom line is the same.
Although you will never be able to eradicate loss completely, there are steps you can take to minimise your losses and protect your business.

of running a bookshop. Chris Harrington, ABA Past President provides a candid
introduction to working in the book industry.
The course is run by the Council of Adult Education
(CAE) in Melbourne, and runs over two three-hour sessions.
