At some stage, that's been just about all of us.

Learning outcomes include:

* Gaining product knowledge
* Assessing content
* Selling features and benefits
* Determining customer needs
* Engaging and involving children
* Recommending suitable product

* Gathering information
* Applying product knowledge
* Approaching customers
* Selling benefits
* Overcoming objections
* Closing the sale
* Maximising sales opportunities
