"I found this course extremely useful - I wish I'd done it when I was starting out, it would have made my life much easier! I have had very positive feedback from my staff who have attended."

Mark Rubbo

Managing Director, Readings Books, Music & Cafe

"I must thank you for the training course you ran on Converting Browsers into buyers. I sent six of my team to the course and they all gained a benefit from the course.
The real beneficiary of the course was our business. For us, an increase of 1% in our conversion rate will add about $50 a day. That doesn't sound like much but when we do that everyday it adds up to over $17,000 a year.
The cost of your course is a small price to pay as we saw the benefits of the course immediately to the tune of much more than 1% on our conversion rate.
I will be sending my team on this course at least yearly to refresh them on the best ways of converting browsers into buyers. Thanks Lucie for your effort, you received praise from all of those that attended the session."
